Wedding Ceremonies
From the moment you contact me I will work closely with you to help design a wedding ceremony that will completely reflect your love and individuality. You can choose stunning decorations, gorgeous flowers, beautiful music and the most charming of guests, but if your ceremony doesn’t truly reflect your hopes and dreams for the future, then the rest of the day is incomplete. Choose your Celebrant with as much care as you chose your venue, and don’t settle for anything less than the best. Name-Giving Ceremonies
Having a new baby is an exciting time and a lovely way to introduce this new little person into society and to your family and friends is through a naming ceremony.
I offer the very personal service of designing a beautiful and intimate ceremony which will reflect the uniqueness of your child. These particular ceremonies are a real passion of mine. (Menu)
Renewal of vows
There are times when a married couple may feel it is appropriate to express and renew their love and commitment. A renewal of wedding vows ceremony can be a meaningful, touching, revivifying ceremony for you and your children, family and friends. As a married couple, it is a time to pause and reflect on where you have been and where you are going. Such ceremonies are full of warmth and feeling.
Re-affirmation or renewal of vows ceremonies are also suitable for married couples, who, after separation, are seriously re-united. Some have also felt the need for such a ceremony, when their original wedding ceremony, for one reason or another, was meaningless to them. The third and most common reason is to re-affirm the marriage on the occasion of an anniversary. (Menu)
Commitment Ceremonies
A Commitment ceremony allows you complete freedom of choice. It is available to couples who wish to make a special commitment to each other, and wish to publicly declare their promise in front of family and friends, without taking the step into legal marriage - for whatever reason
It is also an ideal way for same sex couples to celebrate their relationship in front of family and friends. The content and style of every commitment ceremony will be different, and tailored to the wants and needs of each individual couple. Family Unity Ceremony
These ceremonies are a wonderful way of bringing together a family – or the bringing together of two families.
The family unity ceremony focuses on the importance of the family unit being one. This type of ceremony is very special and extremely personal, for the day I endeavour to include all members of the family into the ceremony. (Menu)
Funerals
A personal funeral or memorial ceremony can be a fitting tribute to the one who has passed away, and can provide comfort to those who are bereaved. An appropriate and personal service can be a comfort and consolation and help with the grieving process.
I approach every 'Life Celebration' with tact, warmth and understanding.
I also offer 'Farewell to a Soul' private/close family ceremonies for parents who have suffered a miscarriage. I do not charge for the writing and delivery of this service. (Menu)
